UX/UI project focused on redesigning an outdated e-commerce website with obsolete features and a poor user experience. Our goal was to modernize both the digital product and the brand itself. We developed a complete rebranding strategy, including a new logo, packaging concepts, visual language, and brand guidelines. Alongside the branding process, we redesigned the entire e-commerce platform with a responsive, user-centered approach, improving navigation, product discovery, and checkout flow. The final result was a cohesive brand identity implemented consistently across the digital experience.
